In March, when the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to close our seminar centers in Colorado and New Hampshire we knew that the training we provide was too important to discontinue.
“When COVID caused the country to shut down, our customers didn't have that option,” said Director of Technical Services Jason McKinnon. “Plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople all continued working, day in and day out. We knew that if our tradespeople had to be out there, we needed to support them. We immediately shifted gears to begin offering content online, to as best as possible replicate what we have been doing for 15-plus years in person.”
We now offer a full slate of online seminars in everything from ProPress Stainless and Climate Mat Installation to Water Management Solutions and Flushing System Training. The seminars are taught by the same group of experts who lead the in-person trainings and can, in many cases, earn certificates and CEUs.
We also offer TechTalk LIVE!, a monthly Instagram livestream during which Viega trainers offer instruction and answer viewers’ questions in real time. For more details on the next TechTalk LIVE, click here.
